Two things I dare never run out of when Rafe is home is Sweet Tea and Hot Sauce. When I first moved to Texas, it took me a while to figure out that when Texans said "hot sauce" they didn't mean Tabasco or Texas Pete, they meant SALSA! Amelia loves to "hep kook", and salsa is especially fun for her. She gets to shake spices, push the button on the blender, smell the fresh cilantro, and stir the sauce. What more could you ask for when you just turned 2!!
